ZYGGOT® Temperature is an intelligent, non-contact temperature monitoring system designed to ensure safety and reliability in low- and medium-voltage electrical panels. It uses high-precision infrared sensors to continuously monitor the temperature of up to 125 points per relay — all without physical contact.
Each sensor measures not only the temperature of the critical target point but also the surrounding ambient temperature. This dual reading makes it possible to detect faults through indirect heating, even in areas not directly monitored, expanding system coverage and helping to prevent failures before they happen.
Installation is quick and simple: the sensors connect via mini USB cables up to 8 meters long, with no special tools required. The system’s relays provide local protection and can be easily integrated into supervisory control systems via remote communication protocols like Modbus, allowing for centralized monitoring.
With individually configurable alarm and trip levels for each monitoring point, ZYGGOT® Temperature gives you total control over your electrical assets. Even if one sensor fails, the others continue to operate — ensuring consistent, reliable performance.
