The ZYGGOT® SG is an intelligent online thermography system for low-voltage applications, developed for continuous thermal monitoring of connections, busbars and critical points in MCC drawers, Data Centers and shielded busbar systems.
With ultracompact, self-addressable digital sensors connected through a 1-Wire network, the system simplifies installation, reduces the need for manual configuration and enables real-time tracking of the thermal evolution of electrical assets.
The readings are concentrated in a gateway, which makes the data available through an embedded web interface, optional local display and native integration with industrial supervision systems via Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MQTT, RESTful API, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850 and PROFINET.
With a scalable and easy-to-integrate architecture, the ZYGGOT® SG provides continuous visibility over critical temperatures, supporting predictive maintenance strategies, reducing manual inspections and increasing the operational reliability of electrical systems.
Collapse
Thermal failures do not give warning before they happen.
In electrical panels, MCCs, and busbars, abnormal heating can develop silently in connections, terminals, and points with higher current flow. When monitoring relies only on periodic inspections, the failure can evolve between one measurement and the next, increasing the risk of downtime, corrective maintenance, and loss of availability.Limited visibility of the asset at the time of inspection.
Thermal failures may evolve without being detected.
Increased costs due to downtime and corrective maintenance.
Lack of thermal history to track heating trends.
Real-time temperature readings
Temperature readings are available in real time and can be monitored locally or remotely.Communication protocols
Digital self-addressable sensors with USB-C connectors for fast installation and simple automatic mapping.
Digital architecture in which the failure of one sensor does not compromise the other monitored points.
Real-time readings with access via web interface, optional local display and industrial protocols.
Low operating cost with sensors powered by the network itself, no batteries and reduced need for manual inspections.
Scalability of up to 25, 50, 200 or 400 sensors per gateway, depending on the system variant.
Stable digital measurement at critical points, with configurable correction and visual identification through a controlled LED.
Smart digital sensors with a capacity of up to 200 sensors per gateway
Intelligent, ultra-compact sensors connected to a “One Wire” network, with automatic detection and addressing, encapsulated in hightemperature polycarbonate and powered directly by the network itself. If one sensor fails, the others continue to operate normally, ensuring the reliability of the system, which has two types of sensors: Single Port and Dual Port.
