Control Modes

Pulse Train Type
The "Pulse Train" control system is able to modulate the pulse width proportionally to the input signal. Switching always occurs at zero voltage for switching on and zero current for switching off, thus avoiding the generation of noise and harmonics in the electrical network. This system is ideal for controlling the power of resistive loads. However, it is not recommended for lighting systems, as the controller supplies energy packets to the load at intervals of time, which can cause unwanted effects.
Phase Angle Type
In this type of operation, switching is carried out cycle by cycle of the electrical network, adjusting the firing angle of the thyristors to modulate the process. Switching on occurs at the firing angle determined by the control signal, while switching off is always synchronized with zero current, which reduces unwanted transients. This method can be applied to any type of load with efficiency and precision.

Built-in Protections

Lack of Phase at Input and Output Protects the system against the absence of phase, preventing damage to the equipment.

Over-Temperature Monitors the module's temperature, preventing overheating.

Breaking Load Resistance Detects when the load resistance is broken, ensuring system safety.

Current Limiter/Constant Current Maintains constant current, even with variations in mains voltage.

Short Circuit Protects against short circuits that could damage the controller and load.
Signs

Control On Indicates that the controller is in operation.

Short Circuit Indicates that a short circuit has occurred.

Power On Shows that energy is being supplied to the load.

Control Signal Failure Indicates problems with the control signal.

Current Limiter/Constant Current Indicates that the current limiter or constant current mode is active.

Module Over-Temperature Warning about module overheating.

Lack of Phase/Resistance Break Signals absence of phase or break in resistance.
Operating Modes

Open mesh The controller operates without feedback, adjusting power based on the input signal

Closed mesh The controller attempts to maintain constant current through the load, automatically adjusting to compensate for variations in voltage and impedance.
Analog Outputs

0 - 5V Output Proportional to current, can be used for ammeter or PLC.
