Complete AC/DC Converter System for Electromagnets

The Varixx AC/DC Converter Panel is an advanced and efficient solution for supplying power to electromagnets, designed to ensure precise control and maximum safety. Equipped with two three-phase rectifier bridges, the panel converts alternating current into direct current, essential for the operation of electromagnets.

High durability – over 200 million operations, with no mechanical wear. Low maintenance – does not require periodic servicing, reducing operational costs. Precise demagnetization control – adjustable time from 0.4 to 10 seconds Integrated safety – protections against overload, short-circuit, fuse failure, and emergency stop button. Silent and reliable operation - no vibration, noise or overvoltages. Compact and efficient design – saves panel space and features standardized plug-in modules (50A to 300A).
Designed to facilitate installation and optimize the use of space, this system incorporates the MAG V electromagnet controller.

Demagnetization Control

This system stands out for its adjustable control of the demagnetization time, which varies between 0.4 and 10 seconds, adapting to the specific needs of each application. The flexibility in adjusting the time allows for effective customization, optimizing the demagnetization process according to the operational demand of the electromagnets.

Emergency button Allows instant interruption of operations in risky situations, guaranteeing safety.
